A Palm Sounds SoundCloud group?
A couple of people have suggested this idea and I wanted to gather some more opinion on it. I know there are already a bunch of app focused groups on SoundCloud, but there's also the Handheld Music group which doesn't seem to have got any love for a little while now.
So, what do you think? revisit the Handheld group or start fresh?

Thoroughly cooked, I greeting you all again. After my extended presence in the forum is not, I could not procure the open sesame to your old vignette and started a new one. I'm pleased as punch that I am again with you.
I think start again but Palm Sounds brand it.
I think you should also have a PayPal donate button on there. If this takes off it won't be cheap.
User supported on all sides is a good model.
Take a look at how Soma.FM do it. That seems to work.

Does a group have an associated cost? I though the user just tagged their uploads to groups, ie they are responsible for their own account charges. Am I wrong?
