This looks promising IF (in priority order)
1) you can use it with any audio signal in or microphone (assuming it is connected to the iThing correctly) so you aren't forced to buy their electret microphone
2) you can turn off the original input signal to achieve 100% wet/0% dry output (so, just the fx signal out) for those who want to connect it to a mixer using aux sends to achieve zero latency on the original signal, and avoid comb filtering
3) you can define predelay on reverbs (to avoid issues as mentioned in #2

It needs two morphs chained together with a dry signal for some hardcore :)
I agree with soundog, should be able to buy app without mic as I don't mind screaming through the hole in my ipad:)
