Ok, I am going to stick my neck out here and say this is my current favourite DJ app. Scratching is as good as Flare but this is packed to the rafters with useful features.
One day we'll be able to have two audio outputs on ios devices using USB audio, but for now I'll ask the dev of this app if thhey can do streaming to another ios device for the headphone or master mix.
There are a few iPad apps that let you record the mix (Sonorasaurus and DJay), but I think Quixpin is the only one that can do it on iPhone.
At least up into the most recent iOS devices, even with USB audio, you are still limited to 2 output channels hardcoded into RemoteIO. So even if you stuck in a 4 channel output device, you'd still only be able to access 2 channels.
Friggin awesome DJ app. Great scratching, no need to import tracks like some other apps. Really great to use in 2x mode on iPad.
Only wish there was a "PRO" 1 table mode with finer pitch and volume controls with some kind of value display to know where you are for those controls and also a reset position button for pitch. This way u can hook up two iOS devices to a real dj mixer and go nuts like a PRO.
