I use Studio Devil bass and guitar tube sim plug-ins in Logic Pro, and think they are the cat's meow.

Wow. Lots of iPhone guitar apps out there. This makes 11 I believe? I've been pretty satisfied with their VGA and AMP plug-ins. They are pretty lean!
