A quick 24 poll on whether or not you're still using Palm OS, and if you are, then are you using Palm OS5, i.e. Tungsten series hardware. Or are you using earlier series OS, i.e. OS4 or lower?
AlphaSmart Dana! Unbeatable for notetaking (great keyboard — may try to hook it to my iPad via Camera Connection Kit). Awful for music so far — it can't keep a steady tempo and there's no audio out jack for the wheezy synth chip.
I have 5 Palm TXs, 4 T3s and 1 T5. I'm running PTPChat2, UpIRC, PalmPrint and Weasel Reader. Having a blast with these. I once bought Bhajis... may have to download again and setup a 'music Palm'.

Using TX and Palm Centro

All the stuff from miniMusic is good and Microbe of course. You can also run Sunvox on the palm OS too.
