Synth from the Retronyms has been updated and now includes:
- A pitch-bend wheel
- An optional upgrade giving a Patch Editor for creating new instruments
I'm looking forward to seeing what the patch editor is like and how similar it is to DopplerPad.
I played with this app a little last night when I finally got my iPad sync'd. Synth is a very nice synth, so a good patch editor is going to make it excellent for $0.99 / £0.59.

The optional patch editor appears to be £5.49, which is a bit of a leap from the initial price, IMO. And at the end of the day, it's still kind of a toy.
