You might remember the Argos project. If you don't here's what it is about:
What is Argos?
Argos is a drag-and-drop GUI builder built in openFrameworks, dealing specifically with creating musically-oriented interfaces for multi-touch interaction. Argos is currently in active development and is maintained by Dimitri Diakopoulos. Argos was initially a 2009 student project for the Google Summer of Code.
There's a couple of updates from Argos, firstly on a paper being presented at NIME, and secondly on the iPad. I keep an eye on the Argos project as it I think it has massive potential for mobile music and for custom controllers as well. I hope it keeps going and that one day we'll see something really amazing come out of it.
