I still think the iPhone/iTouch/iPad is waiting for the 'killer' app for music. The one that changes the game and makes mobile music making workflow and creativity as good as on the desktop. I'm looking forward to it!
I feel asleep on my futon lat night playing with this app. I have used the software version in the past and still currently use it. I was very excited to see the posting about the app. The sounds seem just like the original. You can create, edit and record just like the software version. The cons are the interface and resolution when you zoom in to edit parameters better. They sort of slacked on the looks. But it is totally worth it. Love having this on my itouch. I'll be using it for improv jams in the future.
