MacRumors has this post on Apple facing a federal antitrust inquiry over a change made to its iPhone developer agreement last month prohibiting developers from using cross-compilers to create their applications.
Of course, we all know that the change to the developer licence was about Adobe and Flash, but surely Apple's lawyers would have seen this one coming?
I wonder will it amount to anything?

Probably nothing much in the US, but you better believe the EU will take the opportunity to shake down yet another American company. Hey, they've got to finance the Greek bailout somehow.
