Brighthand posts on on Microsoft pushing their Windows Phone 7 OS by making development tools free. All new apps for 7 will have to be written in Silverlight and XNA Game Studio 4.0. I don't know what that means really and whether or not ports of existing music software will be possible or not.
I'm really interested in views from developers as to whether Windows Phone 7 and Microsoft's choice of tools will make sense for them to get involved in the new Microsoft's new mobile OS.
