I had to post this picture from Disquiet, it really appealed to me. If you want to find out more about it read the post at Disquiet which I found really interesting.
In fact it has made me start to wonder what I should do with the huge number of old tapes I've got. If anyone has any creative uses of cassette tape, please let me know.

Glad you dug that image, which is by Marc Fischer (photo and the object photographed). There's something to how its elegance and common appearance mask its complexity.
I made this a good few years ago, and recently found it again while clearing out some stuff;

It records on one side and plays back on the other. There is also a switch to disenable the eraser head so you can overdub audio.
Disquiet: I have a constant attraction to all things tape, maybe I should do something about it. Maybe one day, but I did just love this object. Amazing.
