Where will the next big apps come from?

I think it is fair to say that this year has seen some really 'big' music apps appear. Apps like Bleep!Box, Jasuto, Xewton and several others.

But what can we expect in 2010? Will we see more apps on this scale again? I know we've got Jasuto Pro to look forward to, and it looks fantastic. There's Mixtikl on the iPhone on the way as well, and that's great.

One thing I thought might take off this year was some of the big desktop software houses venturing into the iPhone space, but this hasn't really happened at all, and somehow I can't see it really taking off in 2010. So, back to my question. Where will the big apps come from, and what will they look like?

Anyone want to venture any fanciful speculation?
