HHH writes on Cinemek having to change the name of their excellent storyboard application to "Storyboard Composer" due to a cease and desist order from the Hitchcock estate. Read the whole story over at HHH.

I was kind of shocked that they called this great product Hitchcock when they introduced it. There were apparently completely unaware of California's rights of publicity which last for 70 years after a
person's death.
