TiltShift refers to the use of the camera by tilting the lens relative to the image plane and using a large aperture to achieve a very shallow depth of field (wikipedia).

You can choose either a photo from your album or take a new shot. You can then switch between different modes including ability to change circle or strip blur effect, change the colour saturation, brightness and contrast, The app lets you save to your camera roll and export to twitter too, which is excellent.

I like this app because it is so simple and it does exactly what it says it will and the results are great to look at and add a different dimension to your pictures.

All in all really worth the £0.59!
