I'm sad that my fears regarding this app have now been realized. I told myself that I would give this company one more chance, after letting me, as a customer, down so many times. It's finally clear that everyone at the company is insane. That's the only possible explanation for their being so completely unaware of how laughable this app is and also them as a company. They will never change, or even know how they are perceived.
