My favorite app is the first one that simultaneously records and sends midi out and uses Audiobus to record the input and does it simply so setup is instant.

Rigth now protein der klang and samplr to play live. I' d love tempo sinchronicity on sampler.
My fave synth is addictive from virsyn.
Not my favorite yet but still holding out hope that Borderlands granular will at least get audio copy paste
