Mixtikl update

Just a little one, but this app has been updated so many time (for free) that it's worth pointing out another completely free update:

• Improved Tempo control, to allow it to be set as low as 10 BPM.
• Fixed issue where custom cell effects were not applied immediately on load or copy/paste.
