AudioBus responds to the confusion around Apple's iOS6 slide showing something called 'inter-app audio'. Worth a read, but if you can't get to the Apple Developer forums then part of this isn't going to mean much.
However, the long and the short of it is that AudioBus don't seem to worried by what's going on.
