Apple Allowing Ringtone apps back into the store
According to MobileCrunch Apple has started allowing ringtone making apps back into the store, and indeed I found one this morning called Ringtone Studio Pro.

Here's a challenge Apple: How about the ability to make ringtones on the iPhone and install them right there on your phone? It is a phone after all. It might be nice to be able to create audio that can be used for things you actually do with your phone.
