It will happen the day Apple will create drivers for midi keyboards or give the permissions to manufacturers to create the drivers themselves. I wouldn't hold my breath...
... but I am looking at those new Mimo's 10 inch touchscreen usb powered monitor for 260$US, imagine everything you can do with that :)

I have such a huge bone-on for this thing. It's such an obvious use of the Pad's interface.
rumour has it its with the same mother load as the ipk25 :-/
