Thanks to GiuseppeL for pointing this out to me, and also that it could have real potential for Synths and other music making apps.

This is really cool, but you need a stylus, Steve will never approve of a stylus. Steve still thinks it better to draw with your fingers like kindergartners ... but hey.. we have to abide by what Steve says.
(hoping to see this appear on the jailbroken store, I would buy the special stylus for that).
