MacRumors posts a rumour that Apple is preparing a new version of the MacBook Air with an 11'6 screen. An interesting move. This is closer to the 'MacBook Nano' concept that was knocking around some months ago and certainly prior to the original MacBook Air launch.
Apple always said that they wouldn't go down the netbook route, but if they do release an Air with this size screen it seems to me to be a move in that direction.
MacRumors go on to talk about the continuing rumours around a new Touch coming soon as well.

I want one. I was going to get 13" MBP, but they look wack. Give me a 11.6" Air with a matte screen
needs a $699 pricetag. The problem with the original air was the absurd pricing, even with the Apple Tax.
11.6" screen, lower spec processor (Atom even), 1GB of RAM, 32GB SSD, no optical. $699 You have me sold.
Will probably be $999 to which I say, Fanboy please.
I'm guessing that it'll be the higher price in the end, if it does get released.
Yep, probably a grand. And like Mr. A alluded to, the fanboys will eat it up. That's 3 or 4 pc netbooks you could buy instead. When are people gonna revolt against Apple's insane pricing schemes? At least their mobile devices represent a better value as their competitors products don't measure up. As far as desktops and laptops a titanium frame will never be worth $1000 extra to me. Aside from running Apple branded software and some MOTU stuff, there's nothing a mac can do that my PC can't.
I doubt it will be anything less than 1500$ like it is currently. The Mac Mini with no keyboards, mousepad, screens is 700$ and you hope the Macbook Air to be the same price?
Wake up man, this is Apple we're talking about :)
