Morphwiz update

Morphwiz gets an update today:

• Improved preset extraction time to prevent timeout on first launch
• Optimizations in note tracking to improve performance on older devices
• Added option for app-wide non-animated backgrounds to improve performance on older devices
• Fixed loading image resolution issue on iPad
• Added options for overriding default animation and sound buffer size settings (accessible from settings app)
• Fixed issue with saving new presets with note labels on top on iPhone and iPod touch
