I think that this is Pianist from MooCowMusic. Let me know if you think I'm wrong. In fact let me know if you think I'm right.
If it is Squeeze using an iPad then it is an interesting thought as I wouldn't have placed them as a band using that kind of tech.

Yes, that is Pianist Pro, which has really made my week. :-)
You might like to know that the V1.3 update for Pianist Pro has just been submitted to Apple for approval and contains the following great new functionality:-
- Audio export. Songs can be exported as an audio (WAV) file that can be accessed via iTunes.
- MIDI import. Import your own piano backing track created on your DAW, or listen to one of millions of classical and contemporary piano pieces available on the Internet.
- New harpsichord instrument.
- Added a button to restart the current bar to enable easier syncing to an external beat.
- MIDI via OSC optimisations.
