after the inital OMGWANT excitement I had, I'm not so sure anymore. I originally thought it was based on an EMX (despite being red like an ESX) because of the inclusion of the (fake) valve tubes. The EMX seems to have far more in terms of synths and the gated arpegiator etc, but the ipad one looks closer to the 'older' electribes which were more limited.
i suppose if they'd done a full EMX it might hurt their hardware sales?

Still sounds and looks great though.
Wonder when us UKers will get our hands on the iPad? Or even the *price* of the iPad!!
