Cue.Play.DJ update

Cue.Play gets an update that is a big help for older devices including:

• Flanger, delay and filter FX are now available for all devices
• Added EQ kill switches
• The Play button can be now be used while the Cue button is being held.
• Updated user manual
• On slower devices, using the FX or Transmit mode will disable the flashing LEDs to save processor time.
