What other creative stuff do you do with your iPhone?

Or indeed any other kind of handheld or PDA? I tend to cover music with a bit of art, video and writing, but I know there must be loads of other creative stuff you could do with your handheld, so anyone got anything else aside from those categories that they do or make with their iPhone / handheld / smartphone etc?
