The importance of various features has changed a lot in the last few years. So what's the most important feature of an app that would make you take a second look, or actually buy it rather than never give it a second glance, and how has your view changed over time?

accurate bpm, render to .wav, a decent sequencer with per step effects and instrument parameter changes, available for both android and ios. realtime synthesis as opposed to romplers
IAA & Audiobus are an absolute must for for me with just about any App. Consistent and timely updates as well.
