SquareSynth is now universal, but possibly broken

SquareSynth gets its first update since January this year, and whilst it looks like a nice update (see below), apparently the keyboard is broken in the iPad mode.

• iOS 8 support
• SquareSynth is now Universal (iPhone/iPad)
• Audiobus 2, with state saving
• More steps in instrument table
• iPad version has new iPad only features including:
• pitch sweep (will be added to iPhone)
• pitchbend wheel
• 4 more midi channels (will be added to iPhone)
• note hold switch
