Has the Caustic Modular come to a halt?

There's stuff on the wait list that's been waiting a long time now. Some of if you get the odd hint or snippet of news that something's happening. Other items have seemed to just go cold. This falls into the second category unfortunately.

I'd hoped that this modular concept for Caustic (Android) would see the light of day sooner than this as it was being talked about for a release after the last update to Caustic itself. Sadly, the forum thread seems to have gone cold and it's been nearly a year since the original concept was posted.

If anyone knows more I'd like to hear about it.
