Not about the app itself;
Only months ago I bought midi surface for 6 dollars,
it got pulled from the store, gets an update and I have to buy it again?
The first version was only in the store for a while.
Don't really like this buying things twice construction,
I know the life time of free updates doesnt work either
but ignoring first time buyers is on the other end I think.
The reason for this being the case is that, although MIDI Surface is an Audiofile Engineering app, it was originally published as a Line 6 app. Apple does not allow developers to transfer apps between accounts (believe, we tried as hard as we could to get them to do this). Thus, when the app was passed back to us, our only choice was to publish the update as a new app. We have the app on sale right now so people who purchased it previously don't have to re-purchase it at the full price.
I know it isn't ideal, but we're painted into a corner. FWIW, we have quite a few features on the way in addition to a making it a universal iPad/iPhone/iPod touch app.
Is this the same app with coremidi added?
Core MIDI, updated MIDI Mobilizer SDK, Retina graphics, bug fixes, performance improvements, more features to come!
I bought Midi Surface 2 and iRig Midi. I can't get it to work.
