I like that setup. I envy that neatness and simplicity, but I get bored too quick to have so few pieces of gear.
My workspace is a disaster, it actually makes me anxious just looking at it sometimes...I need to sell a lot of synths, but I keep buying more, I have no room, just gear piled on gear -sigh-
@kvc : sounds like you might want to rethink your setup man
I have an old behringer... it seems to muck up the signal somewhat though. In the future I'd consider spending a few extra dollars on a little mackie or something else that's a step up
I too have a Behringer, but I must say that I've had nothing but joy with it. I've had the Behringer for almost 10 years now- and it still is in use everyday, working well.
Sometimes I think part of the charm of Palm music is having things that go crackle-phut, like my old Nord Micro that runs through an ageing HH guitar amp- complete with spring reverb (hardly portable though! Lol).
This setup looks cool... Nice an relaxed! I like seeing what equipment other people are using. I also try and keep things down to a minimum rather than getting more and more stuff, so I tend to ebay things that don't I use and just buy the odd new toy every now and again. Less clutter is good for the mind I feel!
I can relate to KVC I used to have a room full of synths,I sold them all and brought a workstation, then sold that and brought a old sp808 and guitar midi synth and just keep everything real simple now, with I iPad at the centre!
Thanks for the comments on my little music space. I just find myself in a better frame of mind to create when I'm comfortable .... working at a desktop just doesn't work for me. Comfort and music go hand in hand .... just like burning incense and playing vinyl records :) But I'm not a professional musician and I don't need an elaborate setup .... so small mobile apps and hardware that I can put on my lap are perfect for me. I always enjoy looking at photos of other peoples set ups .... it's amazing how different they all are .... each suited to individual tastes and talents.

Sweet! So comfy. Loving that set-up and stool. :)
Super cozy! Love it. I really need to work on getting my music making space looking and feeling more like that and less like a scene from Star Trek.
