I'm always interested to hear about people's workflow and how they fit music into work patterns and moving around etc. Concretedog's lunchtime flow seems quite interesting and involves stuff I use myself (Micro BR), and stuff I don't, portable audacity.
So maybe's now's a good time to ask what musical activity you fit into lunch / tea / coffee breaks etc?
