Just wait until the Ipad 2 is out with its shiny new camera, not only it will make that thing obsolete, but I can imagine plenty of applications which would make a creative use out of the camera.

Its been done before with webcams and recently the Xbox Kinect, but I'm sure it could be done on a tablet with a camera.
I can see modulation control with this. Sort of a gesture-Kaoss type thing:)
