Another week and no BM2

Is there more news from Intua? The last thing I could find was about 2 bugs but that was last Thursday. Nothing since though.

Anyone know different?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't wait to see it!

I'm glad I don't give a shit anymore. Checking that forum with it's interminable jibber jabber was bad for my soul

it's getting to the point now where it's taking to long to come out and i'm about to give up hope on this thing. No doubt it will be the best music making program/app out when it does drop. But the wait has been unbearable. I think it would have served Intua better to just drop a 90 percent version of BM2 and kept coming with updates instead of trying to perfect it before release because even after you release it it's still gonna have issues. they're trying to make the damn thing perfect and with as many features as it has it still won't be. Just release the damn thing. I'm a patient guy but damn. They said summer then they said Christmas. Intua needs to wake up before they lose a lot of potential customers.

It'll come out when it comes out. If you don't want to wait, use something else. I'm dedicated to iSequence on my iPad right now. If BM2 comes out and is amazing, maybe I'll switch. Until then, however, I'm not going to think about BM2.

@anon - if they did that, they would be getting a flood of 1 star ratings from users complaining about stability and how they waited for years and it sucks.

they just can't please everyone, and since when are they obligated to?

I don't think intua is a particularly customer friendly company (esp when contrasted with other ios devs), but they get an unfair amount of hate. People act with such a sense of entitlement - as if these devs drove over our pet dog and owe us compensation or something...

There are so many other great apps out there in the meantime.

I reckon BM2 should be OK, they've had plenty of time to get it right after all.

Unfortunately their only source of news/publicity seems to be the forum, and it's in a pretty shocking state. Last time I looked the 'moderator' had just managed to call someone a little whiney bitch :)

I think they shot themselves in the foot by announcing it. They should have just kept silent.

What's pissed everyone off is that they keep saying thinks like - it'll be out any day now, or posting screenshots 8 months before they are ready to launch.

Just bad PR. They should have leaked stuff and remained silent.

When BM2 comes out - it will be a game changer. Combining it with Nanostudio will make the iPad a real Beatmaking contender.
