When I went to the Resonance hardware hacking workshop I saw a load of people using these little amps, so I thought I'd try one as I needed something like this. So far, I'm very impressed indeed.
Essentially it is just good for home use when testing stuff and experimenting. I've been connecting it to a breadboard circuit and it has worked fine.
