Who's next?

Lots of the big software and hardware manufacturers have entered the mobile space now but there are plenty more out there.

Who do you think will be next and what would you like to see them bring to iOS or Android?

Using Ableton Live on a computer system without access to the filesystem would be very limiting.

Ableton Live is an expansive environment. It wouldn't be as fun if you were stuck only with the initially provided tools (sounds and effects plugins) and wouldn't be able to add yours in the mix.

For the same price I prefer using Live on a laptop instead of on an ipad.

virtual dj seems to be a good fit for the Ipad. it will run on a netbook just fine, so I'm guessing they'll have it running on an Ipad eventually
