I know that we've heard it before, but Musical Android (excellent Android music app blog) has uncovered this, which looks like the real thing. If it is in fact true then this could open up Android to a whole new raft of music and audio apps, which could change things.
Obviously it's early days, and Android L isn't out in the wild, but I'll be interested to hear from people who are developing existing apps as to what they think about audio under Android L.
Nothing stands still in mobile music does it!
