General bug fixes.
User interface improvements including:
- Line number implementation.
- Selected line highlighting.
- Info view docks to virtual keyboard.
- More elegant handling of device rotation.
- More useful portrait orientation configuration: swipe from right edge to reveal output console.
- Support for upside down portrait orientation (no output console).
Support for iOS 6.1.
