QOTD: How much time do you spend making music?

Lots of us have busy lives with family and work and other stuff, so where do you fit in your music making and how much time are you able to give it? Do you find any clever ways to fit music making in around your other commitments? If you do, please share them.

    A few years ago I discovered that amazing benefits of British Tea Time. I've been an ardent observer everyday since. So everyday at 3 I switch on all my gear to warm up while the kettle warms up my water, and then I jam for at least an hour following.

    It really is extremely helpful to have that sort of daily ritual to keep practicing!
