This is a really useful table showing the specs of all of the iPad iterations (not including the original iPad). A few interesting items in the specs too.

    Double-check those specs before you make a decision. For example, the iPad 2 has 512mb, not 1gb -- makes a big difference for music apps and even web browsing.
