bip 1.2 brings infinite and loop record + more

Here's what's in bip 1.2:
  • infinite and loop record : record entire performance or make sample accurate loops.
  • share recordings : email, copy to general paste board, open in.... and drop box sync for sharing recordings.
  • improved crash reporting.
