iPhone App Directory

Should we be thinking about Bada?

Samsung seems to be beefing up it's Bada OS and opening it up as well. It will be interesting to see if Bada becomes a serious contender against Android and iOS as a direct result of Apple's attempts to close out Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1.

Bada isn't well know in the US but is much bigger in Europe and Asia. If they can get developers interested and create a viable app ecosystem then there could be a new kid on the block.

Actually 'No' sounded about right. Let's be realistic.

Yes, lets be realistic. Do you firmly believe that music apps define the importance of a mobile OS?

Developer support period is the biggest part of an OS' success. So whether the question was about being a factor as far as music apps, or just in general, my answer's still 'No.' Look at the destruction being left in Apple and Google's wake.
