microDRUM for iPhone arrives, but isn't what you think it is

You might think that this was a drum machine, but it isn't really. This app describes itself as:

The first and only application able to control a real drum machine : microDRUM ! Compatible with Line 6 MIDI Mobilizer.

So in order to use it you need a microDRUM. So what's one of those then? Well, here's what the microDRUM site has to say:

So the two together make for an interesting mix all in all.
