I've got one of these, (for when I eventually get my iPhone 4). I've already tried it out with my neighbour's phone, and I can honestly say they are worth every penny.
The Glif works, because it has been designed at a very close tolerance to that of the width of the iPhone, plus, it's rubberised, and slightly elastic, so the grip is excellent.
As I said, it's a good piece of industrial design :)

ReplyDeleteAs I understand it. It uses a friction grip.
ReplyDeleteMakes me nervous not having a screw or some sort of locking mechanism.
