SongCatcher is free

I know that there's been a bit of controversy over SongCatcher but it is free today, so why not grab a copy while you can.

    if you get a free app and then they make a newer version payed do you have to pay to get the update?

    @swalker133

    you don't have to pay, unless the upgrade is an "in-app" purchase (like Bassline, god I hate that).

    @Anonymous: I don't know what the controversy is, but I can't get it to generate sound. I might be doing something wrong, though I can make sound come out of other iOS audio apps (like Nanostudio, NLogSynth, DXi, Trope, etc.), so I think something might be wrong.

  6. There were some issues caused by a wrong binary being uploaded by the dev team.

    Sorted now I think.

    I haven't had a chance to check out the app itself as yet though.

    I just downloaded it yesterday and discovered the lack of audio. I'm guessing there's a way to make it work, or that it might not work with the speaker, for some odd reason. That wouldn't make much sense, but it's possible.
