  1. These sorts of simple home made cables will work for some apps but not for others (at least with the iphone4) I've found adding a variable resistor is useful - some apps will only recognize a signal when you send it through a resistance of about 100K.

    I've been doing my own cables for years. I never would've thought it would be so complicated to do cabling for an Apple device.

  3. looks like a hot mess. The only reason I keep my 3GS around. Don't take that through Airport security. lol LH still the man tho.
