iPhone 4 Glass breaking due to cases?

I haven't heard about this anywhere else except Gadgetlab. Anyone else aware of this issue or experienced it?

    They talked about it on Engadget too.

    But its not a problem with Apple's design, the design is perfect, its a problem with the entire phone industry!! Because phones aren't perfect, its a challenge for the entire industry!!!
