FWIW, I bought a Muson "synth" when they first came out (1979?). It was CRAP! I was really disappointed. I couldn't afford a WASP, but I waited a couple of years and then when the first DX7's came out, the price of analogue tumbled. I bought a secondhand wasp for £20 and later an Arp Odyssey for £125. The mid eighties were a great time.
Looks like the one DJ lance got for XMAS on yo gabba gabba.. can't find a dang pic of it, but I'm 99% certain that this was it.. and, the style of the boombox and other yo gabba stuff may have been modeled after it. Cool find.
