New Compressor from iBeatmaker


Here's a screen shot from the maker of Equalizer and Reverb for the iPhone. Looks like it'll be another good app for iPhone mobile musicians.

    You would have to apply compression to a previously-recorded track, and could not use it for live (real-time) applications; compressors need to affect the onset of a sound profile (attack). But, it would probably be useful to compress already recorded songs. Just don't squish the life out of 'em!

  2. Do you think there is interested in live compression? I think I could incorporate a live mode similar to the one in my Reverb app.
